Backhandspring Clinic.

These clinics are for boys and girls ages 6 1/2 and up. This is a great place to learn a back handspring or fine-tune technique while focusing on proper technique and safety using a variety of drills and progressions. Clinics are for beginners through advanced gymnasts, tumblers, and cheerleaders.

Open to members and non-members! Bring a friend. Bring your whole cheer squad! Call or check at the front desk to enroll.

Back Handspring clinics are $20 each. Clinics are from 1:15 pm – 2:30 pm. Please sign up in advance – thanks!

All clinics are $20 and on Saturdays from 1:15-2:30 pm unless otherwise noted.
